Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management tool, which will give you complete control over your e-mailbox accounts and mail campaigns. With this user-friendly interface, you can set up a new mail account in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. What's more, you can redirect emails from one mailbox account to another, finetune mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and shield your email mailboxes against spam e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your email mailbox accounts against junk email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwanted messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your emails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular email mailbox account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for sorting your incoming mail messages according to specific criteria defined by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can quickly set up an e-mail filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and modify the filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming mails from one e-mail account to another, or even to several other e-mail boxes. Simply specify the e-mail account you wish to forward electronic mail messages from, then specify the target e-mailbox and select if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily set up the email client of your choice to access your email mailbox accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox you wish to set up on your computer or smartphone and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new mail account will be configured in a minute.

The Email Manager user interface will also allow you to quickly create an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will do everything else.
